SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PupSteps

1. General Information
PupSteps is an online store dedicated to selling pet products. By making a purchase or browsing our website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Purchasing Process

Orders are confirmed via email once payment is completed.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or indications of fraud.
Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Shipping
Our products are shipped directly from the supplier. The estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days. PupSteps is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

4. Returns and Refunds

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.
The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Once the item is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Liability
PupSteps acts as an intermediary between the customer and the supplier. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the products. All product information is provided in good faith based on data from the supplier.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on PupSteps (text, images, logos) is the property of PupSteps or its suppliers. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, unless consumer protection regulations establish a different jurisdiction.

10. Modifications
PupSteps reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes shall be effective upon their publication on the website.
